  • How can I book the holiday home?

    Our holiday home right by the sea can be booked via this website. Simply select your desired dates and reserve your stay.

  • Are all costs included in the price?

    The final prices shown on this website include taxes and any applicable fees. There are no additional charges for cleaning, towels, or anything else.

  • From what time can I check in and by what time do I have to check out?

    Check-in is possible from 4 pm.


    Check-out is until 10 am.


    An earlier check-in or a later check-out is usually possible by prior arrangement.

  • How do I get the keys?

    Due to the often long journey of our guests, we leave the key at the accommodation. This allows you to access the accommodation at any time without stress.


    We will inform you of the key drop-off location on the day of your arrival via email or message.

  • Are bed linen and towels included?

    Bed linen, towels, kitchen towels and other necessities are available in the house.


    For your stay, we provide detergent and dishwasher tablets for the first wash and dishwasher cycle. You will also find sponges and dish towels in the accommodation.

  • Is there Wi-Fi in the house?

    There is a good Wi-Fi connection throughout the house and in parts of the garden.


    We place great emphasis on the quality of the connection so that you can work on-site without restrictions if necessary.


    Feel free to ask us about discounts for long-term stays.

  • Is the holiday home child-friendly?

    Children of all ages are welcome in our holiday home.


    For our youngest guests, we can provide an extra bed and a high chair upon request.


    Upon request, we can install safety gates on the stairs (top and bottom) for the duration of your stay.

  • Is the holiday home dog-friendly?

    Dogs are always welcome here.


    However, we ask you to take care not to leave any surprises for the next guests in the garden.


    The garden is enclosed by stones approximately 60 cm high. However, experience has shown that most dogs are not deterred from jumping over them.

  • What are the cancellation policies?

    We offer two rates for booking a stay with us.


    The first option is non-refundable. It's cheaper, but you'll still be charged even if you can't travel.


    The second rate is the refundable option. To select this, the "optional service" costing €58 per night must be chosen during the booking process on the website.


    You can then cancel your stay free of charge up to 30 days before your arrival.

  • Are there parking spaces at the house?

    There are several parking options available directly at the house.
